If it meets the warranty scope, it will be repaired free of charge. The warranty period for wooden parts and stone slabs is one year (calculated from the date of final acceptance of the billiard table installation).

Guaranteed replacement: If there is any problem with the billiard table parts or accessories due to natural reasons and non-human factors during normal protection and use, please contact the manufacturer as soon as possible, and Xingpai technicians will identify and propose parts replacement requirements, and the replacement will be guaranteed within 2 months. Replacement of problematic parts: During the warranty period, if the same part is repaired twice within 3 months and still fails to meet the usage standards, you can enjoy free parts replacement with the original purchase and after-sales records.
3. Guaranteed return: During normal protection and use, the wooden parts of the pool table will suffer from serious cracking, serious deformation of the wooden frame parts, bubbling and bulging of the fireproof board due to natural causes and non-human factors within 1 month from the date of acceptance. Performance defects such as loose and peeling rubber edges and large areas of paint peeling will affect normal use. Please contact the manufacturer as soon as possible. After Xingpai technicians have identified it, if the problematic parts of the same product still cannot be used normally after repairing them twice, you must make a request for return or exchange on the spot. The freight and disassembly and assembly fees incurred for the goods are borne by the manufacturer (the manufacturer does not bear any costs for non-factory quality problems).
